Im all about walking on the ceiling. Burns some hardcore calories! Search for the various ones once and they will stay in your frequent workouts. I never have to search because everything I do is already on my main Exercise page.

I had this same issue and started skipping breakfast. I then discovered I can just eat a later breakfast. I found out if I eat breakfast around 9am-10am instead of 7-8am I am hungry later. Try that maybe?

We went through our closets when we moved and donated all of our old clothes from when we were bigger to a charity as well. It's nice to be able to no longer look at your "fat clothes" and do a good deed! Great job!!

My grandfather loved slimfast. He drank them all the time. With his meals, after his meals, with his beer. He never really lost weight. I have no idea what the "slimfast diet" is but I occasionally enjoy protein shakes (offbrand slimfast!) as breakfast replacement on busy weekends.
