Education - I read any and everything I can find on binge and emotional eating. Read things about problem solving, being assertive. I'm reading a really great book now…

I want to play! In the before pictures (I'm not exactly sure of my weight because I refused to weight myself) I was somewhere around 265. The after is between 205-210. It has taken me 5 years to get here. I'm 5'9.5 and aiming for the 170s. Don't sweat a trip up girl, just pick yourself back up and keep on trucking.
