MFP alows me to eat 1200 calories too. But I walk and run every day so I eat around 1500

I'm planning on starting insanity tomorrow! Before summer, I was following the program for about 2-3 weeks and it gave me noticable results! It's not easy but I think it's worth it!

Vegetarian here! :) Stress kind of does the same thing to me.. I try to fight it with nuts, dried fruit, bananas... Feel free to add! :smile:
