  • You could try some dried fruit - Goji Berries are delicious and they’re loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients, low in calories as well as being high in water content and fibre which can help you to feel fuller for longer. :)
  • Sukrin and Natvia are good alternatives if your find the taste of honey off-putting. You could also try organic whole cane sugar. Using almond milk can add sweetness to oatmeal too :)
