So glad I saw this thread! Was wondering what to do with the chicken breasts in the fridge. They are now in the slow cooker with a bunch of spices and leftover veggies. I'll make dumplings for my boys tonight to go in the chicken soup!

I remember the old days when I used to buy rice cakes. Ewww! I still think of raw celery and cucumber as diet food. I love them mixed in salads or other dishes, or dipped in full fat dressings, can't take them plain anymore

Hi @SoosannahK ! I used a silicone ice cube mold/tray. So easy to pop these out of the mold. I did not use an actual recipe... But put about 4 tablespoons coconut oil in a pan, and about 2 tablespoons peanut butter and melted them together. I scooped some cream cheese into the molds before pouring in the melted oil/peanut…

I've been snacking on beef jerky and pickles this afternoon so that is all that comes to mind at the moment. Hard boiled egg sounds really good though!

I felt ugh also for several days. The brain fog is just starting to lift. The last of the cookies and fudge got tossed in the trash yesterday where it belongs! Steak for dinner, eggs for breakfast. Nice to be back to normal!

I avoided a binge by snacking on kerrygold butter. I was out all afternoon running errands and really wanted a Big Mac combo today, but made it home and a little butter later I was full! Less than a tablespoon of salt and fat did the trick.

I have never really felt put on the spot to defend what I eat. Friends and co-workers really do not notice and I make a point not to bring it up. I have gone out to lunch with co-workers though who have said things like "at least you don't have to worry about what you eat." They must not remember when I was 20 lbs heavier!…

I definately need to plan better! Probably been doing too much of the wrong kind of celebrating :/ So here are the great decisions that I will make today: Drink 2 nalgene bottles of H2O, minimum.
