I make up a batch of steel cut oats in rice cooker and portion out, then in morning just scramble eggs for some protein.

Baked in oven and sprinkled with cinnamon & cayenne and if I need more fats I add tsp coconut oil.

I love eggs!! I like mine over easy then I put it on top of my oat bran or quinoa. It's my fav breakfast and it keeps me full for several hours. If you look at my diary it usually always my 2nd meal of day

Two years sober also!! Congrats to all. I tried doing mfp when I was drinking but could not bear to see all the booze I was consuming. I have been logging and working out since making the change now I am working on getting rid of some of the bodyfat that those empty caused.

Just have to get your mental mind ready for a lifestyle change!! Learn to make things enjoyable and what you can live with. I am 50 and just now seem to be learning how to quit beating myself up for mistakes. I put on 13 lbs this yr

My goal this mth was to try sticking to a meal plan so I prepped up some meals and I eat every 3-4 hrs. I can't believe how much better I have felt and actually am down 4.5 lbs. I'm sure water but my next weigh in is Wed.

I eat what I like and am learning to use little bit of time to meal prep really is the best way to sticking to a plan Some weeks may be lots of same meals but because I enjoy them it's not a problem

I try to prep things I can eat cold but do use microwave some. Quinoa or brown rice cooked with peppers g onions pineapple And add chicken or lean turkey. I also like to steam up different veggies for lower carb days.

I usually do 1/2 c egg whites with 1 over easy egg s&p. Get in my carbs/protein and feel satisfied for couple hours

I signed up for a challenge the beginning of 2015 and was on a support group with all ladies doing the challenge and a beautiful lady talked about having the same thing. She ended up winning most inspirational. ❤️❤️

Glad you are getting better! I do my weigh in tomorrow also. Started trying to follow a meal plan this mth and plan to do a weekly weigh. Tomorrow makes day 7 and I am surprised how the combo of macros is keeping me mostly satisfied. (No cheats yet)

I turned 50 couple mths ago and coming out of a dark cloud myself, maybe crazy hormonal changes but I don't want to feel like that ever again
