I have done 1200 calorie diets and feel ok most days hunger wise but found my energy level and mood would bounce all over the place. I have been increasing my calories this mth and I feel so much better and am actually getting back the desire to workout again.

51 and learning all about that menopausal thing! I do use weights and am hoping to see some bodyfat melt away! I have always been a cardio girl but over last couple yrs started focusing on lifting more and slowly beginning to see some changes!

I workout from home and love it. I use Dumbbells, weight plates, bench and variety of DVDs . I usually walk/run on neighborhood track but in case of rain I use my treadmill. Always looking for motivating & supportive friends if interested.
