I work 5 pm - 12 AM. I did start to push my meals to later. Breakfast is around 10-11, Lunch around 2 and dinner at 8. Can of tuna, seasoned the way you like with plain FF yogurt in place of mayo. Then a lower cal bread. Make a sandwich, or I like them open faced. Sometimes I dice a pickle or jalepeno in it. With a small Apple this meal is 300 cals.

Plain yogurt is my favourite addition, along with any veggie laying around - shred it in. With 2 pieces of Luigi WW bread (120 cals) lunch is about 260 cals

I'm down around 70 lbs, hovering around 120 now, I'm 5'4" and 35, had 3 kids in the last 5 years! I'm a former classic over eater. YOU can do it! Friend me if you like!

SW. 191 CW. 124 GW. 120 Still have lots of belly fat from 3 babies in 4 years, it's not going anywhere. I rarely exercise, mostly just calorie deficit. When Summer comes I'll be more active.
