Even without Fitbit, MFP "gives" you the calories burned and adds it to your calories-you-can-consume total. Like its a one-to-one ratio. But if you consume the same number of calories as you burn, it's a break-even in reality. In my experience you won't gain but you won't lose weight. I look at the added calories I "can"…
