Morning all. I couldn’t shake my Mood last night but didn’t buy dinner - walked up to the store again and microwaved everyone a pie and I ate my salad and a small protein bar. @cornanda - I use Cdorner as well! I really enjoy them - she makes me smile 😊. I’ve only been properly back into it for a month or so, but am able to choose what kind of workout now based on how I’m feeling and how hard I want to work. Did an Ab and core session once and it killed me! Now I just do abs in my own time 😊.
