Morning all 👋 Well I tracked yesterday and met my calorie goal! First time in AGES. Woke up early so got up and did just 10 mins on the elliptical. It’s not much but I’m still nursing my feet heavily and they are pretty painful still, but the elliptical barely puts any pressure and I’m hoping small doses will ease me back…

Just made myself a 723 calorie breakfast, and enjoyed every mouthful 😁. Poached eggs, tomato, mushrooms, avocado, Japanese Mayo and a small sourdough roll. Very satisfying start to the day. Hope you all are having (have had??) a good one too.

Hi everyone, I’m staying with in laws this week and next, and hoping to see some other relatives along the way. Honestly, it’s not going great 🫤. But on the positives I’m walking lots and eating pretty well. The plus side of staying with other people is no access to random stashes of food for snacking 😊.
