This may sound stupid but are you weighing yourself at the start of the day? before any food/liquid intake? and are you weighing yourself with the same items of clothes on (or naked)? I can pick up a few pounds during but by the next day I am back to what I was the previous morning.

I must say I haven't "cut out" any specific foods/food groups as that's what I did before, and always failed. But I used to manage a whole SLAB of chocolate by myself without feeling sick or anything!! Also a family size bag of crisps was an easy target. Pinterest is excellent for recipes. Just be careful with adding lots of fruit as they are very high in sugar and obv you want to keep that down if you are looking to lose weight. Good Luck.

5'6 SW: 236lbs (26/10/14) GW:140lbs UGW: 125lbs I have broken my goal down into stones, 14 lbs at a time. If I look at the goal weight I will feel like I am never getting there.... Feel free to add me :)
