Everyday I do something just so I don't give myself the excuse of 'I'll do it tomorrow' - alternate days I jog or walk and yoga everyday.

I read this yesterday! Bought this book for my dad who is trying to lose weight but insists on eating lots of processed carbs, refined sugars etc. hopefully it'll do him some good :smile:
