Wow it will be difficult to follow this thread for sure! I ran a couple of years ago and stopped when I got pregnant (for actual medical reasons). Kid is turning 2 tomorrow so...I have no excuses anymore! Plus it is fall and my favorite time to run.

I like Batiste dry shampoo. I really try to keep it off my face and neck during the workouts now, which is much easier with shorter hair. The dry shampoo really helps.

I wash every other day. I got a good dry shampoo that I like that I use on the off days. I also am sure to pull my hair back off my face, which helps quite a bit.

I just got a pair of bluetooth headphones myself. They still connect to your phone (through bluetooth), so you need to have your phone with you. But it is quite nice to not have the cords in the way, and to not accidentally hit the cord and send my phone flying at the gym (which had happened twice in the week prior to my…

La Croix for me - I like water but I also like to change it up a bit. I'm also a former diet coke junkie. I gave it up for New Years this year, and still occasionally have one, but I don't really miss it.

How's it going? I weighed in today at 183, last week was 188, the week before was 185.4. I had that time of the month in between there so I'm sure that plays into it, but I feel like I did well this past week anyway!

I am - my son is 6 1/2 months old and I'm just trying to get back to running and eating better. I definitely have times when I am flat out starving!
