A burger with cheddar, fried egg, onion and pickles- amazing!

I have a Hurom juicer, I love fresh pineapple juice and my husband enjoys fresh orange juice. It's a little pricey, but it is a really good brand.
-
It's pretty good with cereal, it adds an extra flavor to my Cornflakes so no need to add anything to sweeten it up. I also use Almond milk.

Ohh this sounds like a wonderful idea!

Almond milk is delicious and low in calories. I use it with cornflakes and it gives me a hint of sweetness and is amazing.

Sounds like a good motivational idea!

Absolutely! He loves walks, especially at the park. He may be 11 but he thinks he is 1, but of course he is that one socially awkward dog that I know the other dogs are thinking "What is he doing? Weirdo" We love him anyways.

I've had this for years! It is very hard, as they hide HFCS in everything, especially in the US! Try to stick to more homemade dishes/snacks. Bread should only last days, not weeks. I have been on a very low sugar diet since January and feel so much better- more glucose than fructose, no juice, look at labels that are…

I said no to: cake, cookies M&Ms, and Reese's peanut butter cups today (even though they stared at me from across the aisle at work).

I know the feeling! Just keep reminding yourself why you started, don't give up!

It depends on the juicer you have- there are several types of juicers on the market that don't just give you water and sugar, some give you pulp as well. But they are a nice refreshing way to make homemade juice. You mainly need to decide if you want to eat or drink your calories.

Tried on clothes that haven't fit in years :) Plus at the gym today my workout pants were falling down!

I just finished Week 1, it's nice to see other people excited about it as well :)

Oh this sounds like great motivation, can I join for week 2?
-
Yes I have this as well. I've had it for a while, and most people just think I'm giving up sugar for no reason without realizing that it causes a lot of pain (especially at 2am)!
-
I would advise for certain changing doctors. I have hasimotos but it did not show up in blood work. But Hasimoto's is a autoimmune disorder that attacks your thyroid. Remember you need to advocate for yourself and make yourself heard, and change doctors until you find someone who listens to you.

I know the feeling! I too hope this is the last start.
