For me, the first time I lost weight (argh) I started at 189 and people started commenting around 170. Now I am at 202 and I think the difference will start to be noticeable when I get down to the low 180s because my clothes will fit much better.

I'm trying to get to onederland (I'm at 202.7) I seem to keep losing and gaining the same 4 lbs over and over and over again..... ARGH!

@WandaVaughn, I have the exact same stats and weight loss goal as you... Except I'm 48. Losing weight is really a challenge this time around! Send me a friend request if you want some extra support in your journey. I'd send one to you but I still can't figure out how it works!

I'm a single mom too. I have an 11 year old boy. The struggle is real! I need to lose 40 lbs.

I'm in the same place as you. I've majorly yoyo-ed and mostly my weight has gone up up up. Now I'm hovering around 200 and I'm struggling to get down to a healthy weight again. I'm wrapping up my first week tracking consistently in MFP. Feel free to send me a friend request!

Talk to a nutritionist maybe? Your body is trying to tell you something.

@carriesirico - body measurements: I need to do that this weekend. The scale can lie but body measurements tell the truth. I don't want to take mine. I'm in totally denial. Today was a bad day for me. Yesterday was a weird eating day but I stayed within 100 calories of my daily goal. Today, however, I went way over. I was…

I weigh every morning. Before I even have my first cup of coffee. It helps me focus my day. Today I ate weird but not too bad. I had an all day meeting. I brought my steel cut oats for breakfast and a small container of almond milk so I wouldn't be tempted to cheat by eating a muffin or putting half-n-half in my coffee. I…

I'm just getting back into MFP and have about 40 lbs to lose. Add me as a friend - I love to support!

For me, I'm most successful if I prep food in advance. I fixed 4 mason jar salads on Sunday and they are supposed to keep all week. For breakfast I've been enjoying overnight steel cut oats - 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Pop it in the fridge overnight and then add…

Hi. This is my first post ever. I'm 48 years old and 204 today. 5'6. 204 lbs is the biggest I've ever been. I was in a car accident last June and since then I've gained nearly 25 lbs. But even before the accident I needed to lose 20 lbs. My knees and back give me a lot of trouble, but I'm hopeful that after I lose some…
