Hi :) I stared Ip three months ago. Really happy with the results but couldn't keep up with the cost. Be switched to alternatives now, meaning I'm doing IP but with other food brands. The loss is the same. Just 3 times cheaper :) if you want to look it up on Facebook the group is Ideal protein alternatives. Celia
