If you are wanting to weigh yourself, the onboard gym or spa might have a scale. You could also ask your cabin steward for one - I know on some ships they have scales in the suites and I'm willing to bet some people ask them to be removed so there could be extras laying around! This! I'm fighting a bit of a summer cold and opted for a quick and easy can of chicken soup for dinner on Friday night. Saturday morning I weighed myself and was up 4 pounds from when I weighed on Thursday! Yesterday was tons of fluids and non-canned foods and today I'm back to where I was Thursday. Damn sodium!
