  • If you are wanting to weigh yourself, the onboard gym or spa might have a scale. You could also ask your cabin steward for one - I know on some ships they have scales in the suites and I'm willing to bet some people ask them to be removed so there could be extras laying around!   • This! I'm fighting a bit of a summer cold and opted for a quick and easy can of chicken soup for dinner on Friday night. Saturday morning I weighed myself and was up 4 pounds from when I weighed on Thursday! Yesterday was tons of fluids and non-canned foods and today I'm back to where I was Thursday. Damn sodium!
