I measure after i cook, because oatmeal for example if i cook a cup of dry in water then its to much for me when its cooked then I can only eat half a cup. I was told that the calorie count is the same whether you measure dry or cooked. For me i like to be on the safe side and still measure after I cook.

I need to start meal preping and planning. My down fall is I have craving for different foods everyday...I can eat left overs no problem, but there is times when I dont what I preped and usually that result in wasting food. So my goal for January wil to be preping and planning but moat important sticking with it
