Can i ask if anyone is following a specific diet/plan? I've been following IIFYM not sure whether to change it up and do something else.x

Oh I'm in, if you'll have me! I've been losing slowly since beginning of year but seem to have lost the plot a little......no ALOT! This sounds like an achievable challenge that has turned up just at the right time. I'm currently 155lbs as of this morning.
