  • I had the same problem with the Body Pump workouts....I just track it under "Cardio: circuit training" and put the time for that one. I figure it's a good ball park estimation. Maybe start there for now?! Found this though https://www.lesmills.com/knowledge/fitness-research/calorie-burn/
  • Just start tracking. Then make small changes in your daily consumption. Once you get something down, change something else. A little bit goes a long way! No need to over-think it or stress over it.
  • I'm curious to know whether the information from your BodyMedia syncs all the way through to your Garmin Connect (via MFP). I'm considering getting the UP24 or the Vivosmart, but where/how the information gets shared (if at all) will impact on my decision.
