I'm going to start insanity again after I finish up 30 day shred in a week or so. I'm getting bored with the 30 day shred so I may start sooner. I'm in.

This is my dilemma. I have a 26.5 inch waist and 38.5 hips. I'm screwed if it changes.

I reward myself with stuff I enjoy like make up or going and getting my eyebrows waxed instead of doing them myself, which I hate doing but I am particular about groomed eyebrows. Sometimes I even buy workout stuff or a new DVD to workout to.

Never. My 3-legged hot mess of a wannabe lap dog is the best $80 I have ever spent. I adopted him during one of the hardest times of my life and he has been by my side ever since. I could never part with him. I'm already dreading my final years with him because I know he will never be able to be replaced.

I gained 4 lbs but I know it's water weight because of TOM and because I lost 2 of those lbs from yesterday to today. I wouldn't stress about it.

I either chew a piece of the dessert flavored sugar free gum or have a cup of tea with a tsp of sugar. Sometimes I do allot myself calories throughout the day though if I really want chocolate though.

I don't think it's horrible most days. I have the time so I do it. Days I don't have the time I don't and will only cook between 1-2 meals.

I don't eat them any back usually but I normally have one day a week I eat at maintenance calories. It still puts me at a deficit and I don't go over my weekly calories in order to lose 1 lb a week.

Awesome! Will this not work good with squats though? I'm a chick so squats are going to be important to me because I want my *kitten* to be one of my best assets lol.

Thanks. I'm checking Craigslist but it seems everyone is only selling damn stationary bikes and treadmills. I may have to broaden my search or just look at Amazon and places like that for new.

I personally don't usually eat back my exercise calories because I like to have one day a week I like to eat at maintenance calories. We do dance parties too or we do the kids Just Dance on the Wii. It's actually quite funny. I do it Monday through Friday with yoga added on 3 days and I just added on a brisk (4 mph) 2 mile walk on the other 2 days.

I really think it depends on your size. I haven't lost much, only 2.4 lbs in 15 days, but I started working out again and I am starting to notice the changes already. My husband is starting to notice too because he mentioned yesterday that I was starting to shrink some.

I agree with the spanx if all else fails. No one is going to see it under your dress so I don't realize why it being sexy matters. Change in to bridal lingerie at night for something sexier

I've never had a problem with my tattoos getting distorted with gaining or losing weight. I have one on my inner forearm and it looks the same besides the minimal color fade from having it for years.

I gained the first two or so weeks and then I lost the following weeks even with counting calories. Does that make me a failure? I lost less than 10lbs total but I didn't have a lot to lose to begin with. I was more concerned with inches.

Day 8 level 1 done. I feel like it's going to take forever doing it only 5 days a week. I do yoga too so I have noticed both have helped me complete the other one. The only thing I'm still doing modified is half of the second set of push ups.

I'm don't really drink anymore but when I did I only really drank hard liquor so I just switched my mixer to diet soda. Watermelon vodka and diet Mountain Dew, not as great as the full calorie soda but it gets the job done.

I count it. The calories are small but there are still calories in it. Sometimes I add my coffee to the water consumption, other times I dont.

It's rough but it can be done. I gained a bunch with my 3 pregnancies, 90 lbs with my first and 70 with my other two. I have lost all my pregnancy weight but in the past year gained about 10 back. We have different goals but I would help motivate you.

I used diet pills in my early 20's. They are a waste of money in my opinion. If you read the directions they tell you to eat a 1200 calorie a day diet in addition to taking the pills. I have lost more weight just counting calories and exercising.
