If I am going to use the TDEE method from the iifym site what would I use for the exercise component. I work out 5x a week doing the 30 day shred which is only like 25 minutes and I do the weight loss yoga DVDs for 30 minutes 3x a week in addition. Weekly weight loss?
I messed around with my settings and it only states I'll lose an average of 1.5 lbs a week. I'm larger framed, 5'5.5", and I currently weigh 141.
