If I am going to use the TDEE method from the iifym site what would I use for the exercise component. I work out 5x a week doing the 30 day shred which is only like 25 minutes and I do the weight loss yoga DVDs for 30 minutes 3x a week in addition. Should I really use the 5x a week as exercise since it isn't really that long that I'm working out? Other than working out I'm not extremely active outside of things, in my opinion. I take care of kids, average cleaning and wash of house of 7, with a huge cleaning day once a week, and walks with the kids and dog.
