If I am going to use the TDEE method from the iifym site what would I use for the exercise component. I work out 5x a week doing the 30 day shred which is only like 25 minutes and I do the weight loss yoga DVDs for 30 minutes 3x a week in addition. Should I really use the 5x a week as exercise since it isn't really that long that I'm working out? Other than working out I'm not extremely active outside of things, in my opinion. I take care of kids, average cleaning and wash of house of 7, with a huge cleaning day once a week, and walks with the kids and dog.

I would say yes, because aside from the exercise, you're not just sitting down. If you want, you can compare the results from iifym to this page as moderately active...

PBI iifym calculator tends to calculate too low. Scooby's is more accurate.0
