I did it without shoes as that's what I prefer, and yes I had some issues. I modified as needed and didn't push myself 100%. I did loose 50lbs so maybe check your measurements and take a closer look at your diary.

I'd think that it's caused from too low of calories. When I first started out mfp set my calories ridiculously low, around the 1200 mark. How are you liking 21day fix? I'm on wk 2. I did insanity before but have taken a (long) break. I think this is a good program to ease me back in. Yet I think I need something a little more like Insanity, but not quite as intense.

How do u like the insanity 30? I loved/hated Insanity lol it pushes me but was so intense! I have 21 day fix now which is ok and helping me ease back into exercise, but it's not pushing me near as much as Insanity.

Get back into the groove of exercising and do a Spartan Sprint obstacle course!

Instead of dropping to 1200 cal invest in a kitchen scale and make your diary accurate! Then add in some basic body weight exercises, plank, high knees (marching) jumping Jack's, push ups ect these ypps of exercises helped me so much in losing inches

About how much "extra" salt do u think you eat to stop the spells? This is what my dr said, but it hasn't helped much. As I mentioned before bending over is the only thing I've found to make it stop but nothing so far that prevents it.

Modify, modify, modify! When I started I could barely get thru the "warm up". By the time I finished the program I could almost do the whole thing and keep up :) it's intense but works, so stick with it

While there are a ton of videos on YouTube I used jillian michaels a lot, but now you have to pay to get the full videos :( I do the best when following a program like Insanity. I'm waiting on 21 day fix to start that. I need "structure" vs me just randomly picking videos.

I'm taller than you, almost 6ft but had similar stats as you. I've gained a little back from my lowest of 143. I have held for 2 yrs now though and super proud of that. I need to reinvigorate my exercise program to tone me out. Way to go on being so diligent.

For me, yes, I'm a cook at a school and I'm constantly taste testing to get things just right. All those samples add up.
