  • In preparation for needing new jeans, I ordered a few pairs a size down from my current size. They arrived yesterday and I tried them on to see how much further I had to go before they'd fit... and they fit perfectly. I'm down to a waist size I haven't worn in over 20 years :smile:
  • My apnea was one of the main motivators for me losing weight. It was so severe that I had to use a BiPAP machine because the pressure was so high I wouldn't have been able to exhale with a CPAP.   • Century egg. Look it up if you want to (most likely) be grossed out. I had to see what one tasted like, but only made it to one bite. Which came back out pretty quickly, but I thought I should capture it for posterity in MFP :smile:
