  • Hi All, 41 here. The older I get, the harder it is to lose weight. Oh, to have my 20 year old body again! Feel free to add me.
  • 5"6 and I'm a size 10 (australia) and weigh 160 pounds...although size 12/14 on top entirely because I'm an E cup bra size...
  • Awesome post - well written and informative....wish I was reading stuff like this before I started running!
  • I'm recovering from the whole gamut of disordered eating that I've had nearly all my life - my issues started at 9 years old and I'm now 39. Have underwent lots of counseling and whilst it's still a struggle I'm feeling alot better. Feel free to add me!
  • When I first started jogging I could barely jog five minutes without dying or injuring myself....or feeling my asthma start kicking in. I'm currently exactly the same weight as you so I know how defeating it can feel! I started off small only aiming for five minutes jogging, then ten minutes then fifteen and so on and now…
  • I definitely started slow and worked on reaching goals with either time or distance to keep me motivated. It gets easier the fitter and smaller you get. For me, belly breathing made a huge difference in being able to run harder and longer. Just keep at it and you'll get there.
