I'm 5'6.5" SW: 185.8 CW: 183.6 GW: 140 maybe 135, but it depends on how I feel when I get down to that range. I just want to feel healthy, strong, and confidant. :)

Up and getting it in at 4:30am! I just started it about 2 wks ago...but I am now an early riser. Needless to say I am no longer a night owl, I'm ready for bed by 8 with my son lol
