I'm almost half way through week 2 of insanity. Like you I lose motivation after a month or so. I have done insanity before and loved it but never made it on the month 2, I'm determined to get there this time round

Insanity 11th plyometric 42m 12th cardio power 39m 13th cardio recovery 32m 14th rest 15th pure cardio 38 shoulder, arm, biceps 20m 16th plyometric 42 17th rest 18th cardio power 39m 19th pure cardio 38 20th plyometric 42m 5.5 hours - not bad for 10 days work
