  • I don't weigh all solids such as slices of bread but always weigh protein. For things like packaged foods, i.e., bread, I use the info on the nutrition label. Other solids like crackers and chips I use the scale to measure the grams. Vegetables and egg whites are measured by the cup. Is this a mistake? The days you see…
