Hey! Thanks! Well, I am about 5'9 and 160lbs. I do stronglifts 3x a week, followed by 30 min cardio. Eating 1650 cals a day, minimal carbs and lots of protein. I would like to be a cut 140 max. Still have TONS of body fat.
