Hi, welcome! Just wanted to know if you are UK or US based? I’m from the UK and quite keen to add friends who are on my timezone (so we all close up diaries at the same time!) and whose foods I can recognise?!
-
Hi!! I’ll give you an add!
-
Hi! Oh that’s okay, I’ll give you an add! :) Thanks for the link, I’ll post!
-
I have 20 kg to lose too!! I’ll add you !
-
Yup that's absolutely true!!! The last 5/10 kgs are the hardest and slowest!

I'm also only on 200 deficit! I think you're absolutely right- it's more likely that a small deficit is sustainable rather than trying to go for too much and failing. Also I think those with much bigger deficits than you might just have more to lose than you...

Not sure about GF but I'm home for xmas & my parents bought a fairly low-cal bread for the festive period- 'love life' wholemeal & rye from waitrose ... 78 cal per slice. it's obviously an expensive supermarket though so I would never normally do a whole weekly shop there outside of xmas! ;)

this!!! it really helps me :)
-
OMG whoever first realised that unfollow thing, THANK YOU bye-bye chit-chat

"cheat day" I love being mindful though, not banning that one!

Getting drunk on not very much? =having fun on fewer calories whilst spending less money! win-win!!

aw thanks very much that's kind of you to say. Yeah, I totally agree... I'm kind of torn because on one hand, uni is the time to have fun & cut loose, and I although i gained some weight, I had an amazing couple of years partying & trying new things.... but on the other I think it's a shame that uni encourages kind of…

hey!! oh great i'll add you :) Wow must be so hard to think about healthy eating with such a stressful career, so big kudos to you for being on here! I'm thinking about law as a possible path after graduating but yeah, I'm worried about the high-stress lifestyle!
-
hey you two, sorry only just seen your replies! i'll add you:)
-
The month started well but I've had a really rough week & a half with exams/xmas meals etc!! December is SO hard! Just trying to hit it on the exercise now to make up for it, and hopefully having a fairly disciplined last week before xmas! (written on my diary food notes 'don't slide into xmas just yet' to try and remind…

hey I've added you two :)
-
Thanks for the add you three!! Glad you found the thread :) oh cool maestro:) we have the same calorie target and sedentary-studying lifestyle as well haha!
-
hmmm interesting! I also have no waist... maybe I need to try this!
-
Oh ok that's good to know, thanks very much for your help! :)

I just worked out the other day that for me, 200 cal = 4k of running. I reckon this is probably a good thing to bear in mind over the holiday period haha..... is it worth having to get that run in?!
-
it's kind of nice to discover your 'real' shape isn't it?! haha
-
Yep, true that! I'm nearly switching to maintenance and my stomach is STILL not quite how I'd like it haha ;) on the plus side though, definitely noticed by bum is a LOT curvier and perkier from running/squats/leg lifts etc. Sooo you lose some curves and gain others? ;)
-
I suspect this might be a temporary stage and that your bottom half will soon come into line :)
-
Me too!! I'm a little nervous;)
