  • Thanks again for all the helpful responses - there's a lot of useful information so thank you. It wasn't that other ones were not "responses I agreed with." More that I found them to be rude/sarcastic in their responses. I thought that the community section on here was a place where people would support one another and not…
  • Thanks to all the people who have left really helpful comments - I really appreciate your time. To those that have just come here to *kitten* and moan at me and my question (which I feel is perfectly valid) - keep on walking thank you.
  • Thanks for all your help guys.
  • Ah withdrawal - that's probably the word I should have used as opposed to detox. I've cut out "processed" sugars and the sugar I add myself to things like sweet potato bread. Perhaps that's it!
  • I've actually never drank soda (don't like fizzy drinks- a freak I know!) :-) - I still keep my 2 cups of tea per day which I have done for the last few years so I'm hoping that isn't it.

  • Apple slices with peanut butter on. Nakd bars are pretty great! 6 squares or organic chocolate. Greek yoghurt with some fruit or maple syrup.
  • I love to make a cauliflower, broccoli, cheese and pasta bake for my work lunch which I just heat up. Makes sure I get some veg in at lunch when I used to rely on bread or wraps. For a good breakfast or snack, I make my own granola (toast oats in the oven, add vanilla essence, maple syrup and vegetable oil to combine) then…

  • Green & Blacks Butterscoth organic chocolate is so delicious - it's much nicer having six squares of that than a whole bar of chocolate that has a load of other stuff added to it. Nakd bars are also great for a sweet treat.
