Hi, I am 67 next month and I am also disabled. I have been with MFP since November and I have lost 2st 6lbs so far! Most of the exercises I do are done sitting down. :)

I too have been stuck on the same weight for the last two weeks! The doctor says it is my medication.

Cut them into wedges and spray with 1cal oil spray then bake in oven. Delicious!!!!!!!

Plenty of green leafy veg.

I will be 67 in June and I am also disabled, overweight and losing weight on 1490 calories. I never use all of them!

Chicken breast without skin, fish not oily, and plenty of fruit and veg.

Lambs liver is best! Spray frying pan with 1cal spray and fry liver with sliced onions. Lovely!

A sachet of Quakers big bowl porridge made with water.

Warburtons brown thins, weight watchers soft cheese spread, an apple and a glass of squash.

I am now on the big bowl porridge sachets made with water (146 calories). I have it about two nights a week.

I also use bananas, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries....... Any fruit really!

I don't have the recipe, but coffee frappe is gorgeous. I had them in Cyprus and I couldn't fault them.

Sachet of porridge, no milk and a banana. That fills me up in the morning!

When I feel hungry at night I have a sachet of porridge without milk. It's only 100 calories and it takes the hunger pangs away!

Pork is good as long as you trim the fat.

I have potatoes nearly every tea-time. What I like best is chips cooked in the Actifry (1 spoonful of oil) they are good. I don't have a lot at a time, just 1 portion.

If you go to your home page and go to nutrients it tells you how much potassium you have used and what's left.

They say five fruits and vegetables a day is the requirement.

The doctor told me to eat at least one banana a day. If not I would be on medication for it.

So far I have lost 2st 5lbs!
