Hi everyone! Really great to read your success stories, and to 'meet' others doing 30DS and other JM programs. I've only done 3 days so far and I am quite achy, I've had a rest day after 2 days as I am usually shattered after work. Not a morning person either so evening workout suits better. When do you take your rest days? Aiming to do it 5-6 days a week and roughly 10 days per level.

Doing Level 1, Day 3 tonight, only noticed 1lb loss so far but feeling good that I can get through the workout. I find the strength stuff the hardest as I have been quite the cardio bunny (running, dancing) and my weight loss virtually stopped. Hope this works!

Hi Annabelle I am on Day 3 tonight of 30 Day Shred and came to find others who are doing it. I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but I really am hoping I lose.. I have over 2 stone to lose.
