As the above poster replied, you cannot "spot-lose" fat (thankfully, as that would look very odd). You will need to eat with a calorie deficit and lower your overall body fat % to see a decrease in fat being held in your mid-section. The quote that "abs are made in the kitchen" is very true.

I am going through the same thing....it is hard. Some days I eat nothing and other days I eat crap. I am waiting for it to balance out (I know it will). Just know you aren't alone and things happen for a reason. Think of all the positives and try to focus on those (if you are at a place where you can do that yet). :smile:
