I turn 40 in September. On my 39th birthday, I swore it would be my last one being over 300 lbs. When I started five weeks ago I was at the middle of the five holes on my belt and two weeks ago I switched to the last hole. Today, I had to punch a new hole in the belt. I also just ordered 3 new pair of jeans one size less than what I'm wearing now.

I do it every 2-3 days, and will not always log a loss into MFP. My ''official'' loss for the week comes on Monday morning though and logged into the challenge I'm taking part in on r/loseit. I like the weekly weigh ins, but having lost 26 lbs now since I started I actually can't wait to step on the scale.
