I have the same issue. What I find kind of helps is chewing mint gum kind of prevents me from fixation on food. Mint kind of ruins other foods

This is a good post to have! I think that a lot of these are good to use as a replacements or subs to a lot of the higher caloric things like a 6 cheese homemade mac and cheese bake.

I find that for me I eat even when I am bored. It's more of the concept that I am not doing anything let's find something to nibble
