I used to just eat my 1400 calories of awful food and lose weight about half a kilo a week. Recently I've been clean eating on 1500 calories and I feel FANTASTIC! I lost 2 kilos in the first week. I sleep better and I have more energy

KFC 2 piece feed :( I think that's really the only thing I miss. 2000+ calories if you get the large. I've been 'clean'eating for a while now and all the other things like chocolates and cake I don't crave.... But that damned chicken.....

I'm not a junk food person, I've always just been a too much food person. I can't remember having a can of coke because I wanted it. I started clean eating recently and have lost a lot more than I thought I would. I eat over 1400 calories a day but it's all chicken, eggs, whole grains and veggies (and sometimes a steak because YUM) I feel fantastic and I sleep better. I'm really happy with how it's going and can't wait to see more results.

I get motivated in bursts, so during my last burst of 'hey I'm awesome, let's do this thing!' I threw out the junk food and hung my favorite -now way too small for me- shirt on the wall next to my bed and when I woke up the next day I though, hell yeah, you're going to fit me by May... Bring it ON!
