I have the same foods a lot, mainly bacon and eggs for breakfast (if I'm in a hurry I make them the night before in muffin pans) drumsticks for lunch YUM and meat with brocolli, cauliflower and some onion for dinner. I started at about 1500 snf lost NO weight for ten weeks. Now I've upped it to about 2,000 a day and I'm starting to lose it finally. BUT I also decided to cut carbs and lost 9 kilos in 2 weeks.

Ha ha ha Vegemite has the least carbs, then Marmite, then Promite but I just spread a bit on a piece of cheese for an after dinner snack. Never had any issues. If it fits under your daily goal then it works :)

I have no idea, I'd love to find out! I started LCHF 3 days ago and so far I've lost 2.5 kilos (about 5 pounds) though I don't know if that's all water weight or what.

I find oats for breakfast keep me full for a long time and help milk supply! I also have hot cocoa for dessert instead of junk and that helps supply too

I'm totally broke, but all those MnMs, chips, lollies, they're expensive, I now spend my money on Chicken carrots broccoli brown rice eggs. I buy fruits and weetbix as snacks and do you know what, even with $12 a kilo chicken I come out saving money!

I eat at maintenance when clean eating a lose weight faster. I don't know why but it's really handy.

I'll eat it if cavemen ate it.... I have veggies, eggs, meat, whole grains.... (and sometimes a hot cocoa....) and I've been losing weight just fine. I'm eating at almost maintenance, about 50 calories under normally but I've lost 3 kilos in as many weeks. Time to up the food!
