How tall are you, what do you weigh now, what do you estimate your body fat percentage to be? That is an awful lot of exercise for such a low TDEE.

It's about 3/4 of a head. I eat that most days. On days where i don't have salad, I eat 16 ounces of boiled cabbage. I usually eat one meal per day. 10-16 ounces of a grilled meat with either salad or cabbage.

I like it. I liked it so much, I went and got the blue cheese. It's good as well. Dipped wings in it the other day.
