I am also scared of cheat days especially now that I just had my comeback workout. I'm afraid that the whole week that I spent working out and dieting, will be wasted coz I heard that I MIGHT gain it back again. Could it be true?

I'm currently using hydroxycut hardcore elite. It gives me high amount of energy, however it has a lot of side effects like palpitations, nausea etc. It will be completely useless if you don't incorporate exercise and diet with it.
