Agree...I'm glad you stood your ground..but if he had any respect for you or your son that garbage would've never taken place. Listen to that little voice. Besides...eff with my kid...and you're going to be sorry you did.

Don't know, don't care. I do catch myself silently cheering the girls who load up the 45s..my people. I did give a creeper smile to a guy the other day for hitting awesome depth on the squat rack next to me while I was on the leg press...I genuinely just appreciate people pushing themselves.

Lifting...and occasionally I'll do some form of cardio.

I eat back at least half. I don't depend on them to eat "extra food"..but if my body needs more fuel..I'm eating.

I'm 5'1" I'm currently maintaining (past year and counting) but I've lost almost 60 total..so feel free to add for support!

5 days per week. Lifting for all 5 (back+biceps, chest+triceps, legs, shoulders+lats, and legs again). I incorporate cardio on 2 of those days.

Not. I tried it once and that was enough for me.

I don't post much myself, but always try to encourage others. Feel free to add me for support.

The fact that Curb Your Enthusiasm is coming back..his facial expressions are the best.

Take it! I didn't have an "official" before photo...just a blurry phone pic..but that is enough to truly to see how far I've come. To answer the side note question..it only took the first couple pounds for me to remain on track and that was two years ago and I've been committed ever since.

Never thought of the possibilities of where my ashes could be scattered...but that sounds appealing.
-
I'm curious this as well..I've never liked the idea of being cremated..but that's just me.

Nah. I set goals throughout the year and once met I make new ones. I try not to wait until x time to set them. I just get it done. Just what works for me.

Just cheese..this is how it goes in my head when ordering EXTRA cheese for my pizza.

This is what I do, plus it has the bonus of a little extra protein.

Congrats on your loss so far! I love the look in the black dress..I think aside from the health benefits..the gain in confidence was for me the best part! <3 Keep up the amazing work!

The "barf" bit made me chuckle..been there. OP..I hope you are back to being in a good place soon! I love the quote, " Don't look back..you're not going that way." <3

My favorite. <3

Used the extra fuel for leg day..set a new PR.

We have walking trails that I might consider doing afterwards if it's nice enough...but more than likely I'm just consume more food and drinks and enjoy the day.

I allowed MFP to pick it, then adjusted it base on loss/gain. I found my "sweet spot" and typically fluctuate from 122-125. I've been maintaining for the last year. I eat back my exercise calories as needed.

^^ haha OP sorry to hear, but more so about how you'd rather spend it without him much less his family. I don't have any other solid advice to offer apart from what already had been,..just wanted to say I hope you get to enjoy Thanksgiving either way with your kiddos!

Losing more weight is just not ideal or realistic for me to maintain. I'm happy where I am..so I stopped eating at a deficit and have been maintaining the past year.
-
I just have older pics on the fridge regardless..but it is definitely a reminder of how I used to look and how far I've come...and how going back isn't an option.
-
Damn. I kinda like it though, or at least on him.
