Yes. I've lost 60 and there's no going back. Currently doing recomp the past year. I kept I for a few months, but donated it and started fresh.

Congrats to you on your hard work! You look fantastic and happy! <3

I just noticed this. I was speaking in regards to myself. What I do. Not what is required of others.

Congrats on starting again! I have been maintaining going on two years..I found balance is what works best with food. Allow yourself to eat what you like within reason. I focused first on calories, then nutrition to get the most bang for my buck.. Feel free to add me for support..and keep with it day by day!

This was it for me. It took a year almost but I lost 60 lbs and have worked on recomp since then. I didn't want to feel/look that way anymore, so I did small goals and kept making new ones each time I reached them... For me it's all about continuing with what I've worked so hard for, and never becoming "too comfortable"…

I use to do it daily..now it's as I remember.

Protein bars, fruit, pretzels..whatever I feel like. Lunch depending on the time of day.

Losing 70 lbs is no small feat, so congrats on your loss so far! Keep up the hard work! You look great! <3

I love carrots with this spinach and kale dip from Trader Joe's..I'll also eat apples with peanut butter.
-
I use to take pre-workouts..now I stick to green tea or coffee. Nothing else. I do eat protein bars for breakfast, but that is more convenience.
-
When I attempt to superset..so I pretty much lift more at home because of this.
-
I focused first on calories with initial weight-loss. At maintenance it's both calories and macros.

5'1" at 122..I maintain at 1650 (if no exercise that day)

I'm a gym loner.

Amazing job well done! I love you in the dress. Keep up the hard work!! <3

My diary is open. I've been maintaining over a year. <3

Not what you probably want to hear...but you have to trust the process. Depending on what you have have your current goals at will determine the pace you lose..though weight loss isn't linear. If you are eating at a defecit...weighing solids..measuring liquids..in addition to exercising just continue on. Know that as you…

Just try to keep in perspective everyone has a "starting point" and this is yours. Look at the mirrors not as a negative, but as a positive. When you see yourself not only can you correct your form on the spot..but you can give yourself a smile knowing that you're working towards a better you! Focus on why you're there,…

This. I typically will move my whole week. But skipping one day happens occasionally and I do nothing...but this isn't the norm for me.
-
Mine is pretty much the same. I train legs Tuesday and Saturday.

Nope. Facial hair is better.

I despise cardio..but manage to do at least an hour a week..but as for lifting that comes in more like five times a week. It keeps me sane and focused.

My sister had a pit named Athena who had puppies...I took the runt..her baby girl puppy and keeping with Greek mythology named her Pandora..I had to give her away because back then the apartment I lived in wouldn't allow pit bulls..but to be honest I was a broke 19-year old then so she went to a better home with a yard,…

I think it was INFJ..

Congratulations on your hard work! I'm sure your son is proud of his Dad. Keep up the excellent job - you look great!

Never get to see your beautiful face...your arms are fantastic, lady!

I used to really restrict myself..not anymore. I don't plan a cheat meal..I just make up for it later, or not. I'm active enough that allowing for the things I want here and there cause no harm and if nothing else..guess I'm bulking. B)

The Woodlsnds here..but I'm able to come out of my bubble :)

I have a very low tolerance for bs and will call you on it. I also laugh at inappropriate times...and tend to always be the dominate one in the relationship.
-
I eat what I like if it fits within my macros/calories..if that's cookies or something else I'm having it! I do tend to go for healthier choices..but never deny myself.
