I typically always do cardio after lifting...though to be fair I hardly do any cardio at all.

You don't have to explain a damn thing to anyone. I have never explained my reasons, outside of "because I can." Your response, to me, was spot on. Though I usually just ignore the crap altogether and carry on.

There isn't really a trick to staying "strong"...it's a mental battle most days..so you have to want it and not allow outside factors influence your life. Live from the inside out, not the outside in. Know you're worth more than being anything other than your best. Best of luck!

This is me. I finally stuck with it and am now almost two years in from when I started. I have never strayed and am still working towards new goals..that said...I think anything you can do to continue to motivate yourself - do it! Whatever keeps you going and smashing your goals!! <3

^^ Not passing judgement on your situation..but that sounds terrible. No one can make you feel worthless without allowing them..but you seem to be handling it the best you can. I can't imagine being with someone who accused me of cheating or who fails to support and uplift you. I hope he fixes whatever is going on with him…

I weigh and log. For any sweet cravings I warm up a quest bar and break it up into halo top Ice-cream...I'm all about getting my protein in while satisfying my sweet tooth!

Consistency is everything. Make small changes that you can stick to..then add on top of that. I'm 5'1" I started at 183 and am now 123. I maintain at 1650 plus exercise calories. No. My skirts/dresses are usually on the shorter side...but in a longer dress perhaps.
