This is me...my motivation comes and goes..it is my discipline that keeps me going. I've conditioned myself to do what needs to be done vs. what I rather do instead. It's a habit now. Be patient and take little steps..I don't deprive myself..but I know if I over-indulge there are "consequences" that follow. Set a mini-goal…

The compliments are nice to hear if given..and I appreciate them..but if none are given/nothing is said it doesn't affect me. I did this for me..anything else is just bonus.

I'm 5'1"...barely... SW: 181 CW: 119 ( maintain from 118-120) I started in Nov 2014..reached my GW of 125 in August 2015..and have lost a little more, but maintaining above CW. I do strength-training mixed with HIIT 3-6 days a week.

My motivation comes and goes...it is now my discipline that sets me straight and requires I keep my butt in gear. :p But for me at first the motivation came from wanting to live my "younger" years being the best version of myself I could be!

I feel you can enjoy in moderation. I am maintaining now...but still have to apply the same rule to my eating habits. Just be realistic and know if you over-allow then you'll experience a set back. But I've found as long as you make adjustments somewhere else (more exercise, less intake one day) it balances out.

I went for a week in Jan and with all the walking was just fine. I know the Be Our Guest rest has a nutrional menu (or did) online...plus, as others have said they have healthier snack options. :)

Broke it down into smaller goals...3 to be exact. Made it visibly more attainable in my mind.
