Does MFP already take into account based on your level of activeness how many calories you would be burning in a day?

Drink water with a few slices of lemon in it or snack on some carrots/celery or airpopped popcorn! It makes you feel like you're eating when you're hardly consuming any calories.

I try and keep it healthy with fruits or a handful of nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts) or a yoghurt if I'm feeling like something extra sweet :)
