  • I’ve been thinking that it’s no wonder I gained so much weight! Eating only 1200 cal a day only really seems doable if I skip a meal. That way I can feel satisfied eating at at least one meal. Otherwise I’m left the entire day feeling like I’ve never at any point actually satisfied my hunger. And I didn’t even lose any…

  • This is exactly what I'm working on right now. My littlest is almost 18 months and we will most likely be looking to begin TTC our last in another 6 months. My overall goal is to lose 45 lbs, but I want to have lost a minimum of 20 by that time. Please feel free to add me. Looking to support others and be supported.
