I’m back from vacation! So much to get caught up on! I think I managed to stick to my plan without tracking while treating myself moderately and am back on track today. Guess we will see when I weigh in tomorrow. I’d like to stay in the support group until the end of July as I am experimenting with maintenance.

This week was good! Managed to do more meal prep than last week. Picked up takeout once while out of town.
