Thanks @Up_n_Running and @shannonkelly08 😊My scale is a cheapie and not super reliable so the big drop this week may be a little questionable but I am not going to lie, the overall downward trend feels great. (So do my looser pants 😜)

I’m excited to join this group. I’ve been working on maintaining daily habits (exercise, logging, meal plan/prep, under calorie goal, and drinking water) for a little over 2 months. It will be motivating and helpful to connect with others in the group who are working on the same daily goals!

Sorry.. last one 🤦♀️ And I only make the lazy cabbage rolls when I have left over cooked rice. The rice for the Instant pot chicken goes in uncooked.

... and the chicken does not have to be precooked before going into the Instant pot.

I should add... I consider the lazy cabbage rolls one- dish because I use frozen precooked ground beef. Everything just goes in the slow cooker.

Great question @kwgrandma ! I’ve given up sipping on coffee ALL day and replaced it with chugging down water or sipping on hot water. I didn’t plan on reducing my coffee habit because I LOVE coffee but, as I tried to drink more water, I just don’t crave it as much.

Had a BLAST with the family yesterday. Finally warmed up enough to spend some time outdoors. We spent the day on the lake ice fishing and snowshoeing. Hit the pillow pretty hard last night. 😀
